Description: Ecological ideological city. Population is housed beneath the surface in a crater for protection. Genetically modified plants are grown to produce oxygen and crops for the population and animals to survive, and will terraform the planet. Solar, wind, electromagnetic and geothermal energy are harnessed from the sun, winds and volcanoes. Research stations set up and high speed infrastructure linked up to bases elsewhere on Mars.
