  1. We have the technology available to develop clean energy, what is needed, and in the short term, is a means of transporting this energy, a new technology energy grid. This will involve tax breaks for long term investment and manufacturing scaling for the new technology, which will also involve tax structures for long term investment, something this country has not been efficient enough at.
